Welcome to EliteOTT Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing a subscription plan through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
EliteOTT Pvt. Ltd. acts as a third-party reseller offering discounted subscription plans for streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, exclusively for new users. All subscriptions provided are 100% genuine and activated within a specific time frame after payment.
You must be a new user on the respective platform (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) to be eligible for the plans we offer. Existing account holders may face issues with activation, for which we are not responsible.
Subscriptions are provided for personal use only.
Sharing login credentials with others or unauthorized use may lead to account suspension by the original platform, and EliteOTT will not be liable.
Subscriptions are usually activated within 0–24 hours after successful payment, depending on the service selected.
Each plan includes a fixed duration (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 1 year) and will expire automatically at the end of that period. No automatic renewals unless specified.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Netflix, Amazon, or any OTT provider. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
We strive for customer satisfaction and offer a clear refund/replacement policy as follows:
Activation is not completed within 48 hours of payment.
You are a new user, and the account fails to work upon first login (verified with screenshots).
Duplicate payment is made for the same plan.
You provided incorrect details (email, phone, etc.).
You used an existing account (not new) against terms.
Your device, network, or personal settings caused login issues.
You violated account-sharing rules or misused the subscription.
If there’s a genuine technical issue during the plan period.
If the credentials stop working within the active period, and the issue is verified by our team.
All refund/replacement requests must be submitted via our support email/chat within 3 days of issue.
